Unpatched Glitches
Speed Glitches
- Two unanchored magnets attracting each other will often glitch out at fast speeds and flying out of the map. This is known as the magnet glitch and regards two or more magnets. Here they are listed:
- Placing any unanchored block, a Magnet facing upwards, a Suspension facing upwards on the magnet, attaching itself to the spring in the middle, and then removing the bottom block will result in a speed glitch.
- If a player places a layer of blocks, places a magnet facing down on the layer, places a seat on top, deletes the layer, then launches the boat, it will result in a speed and hover glitch.
- Magnets bound to springs facing each other may oscillate when turned on simultaneously. This glitch can be exaggerated with more springs beneath the magnets. A reference to the glitch can be found here
- Placing two magnets aimed at each other and connecting them with any harpoon will cause them to continue flying upwards uncontrollably, eventually going to the nullzone.
- By making an L shaped structure, attaching the player to it using an electric egg, using the Robot animation pack (80 ROBUX), using shift lock, and pressing the keys "A" and "D" the player can go at extremely fast speeds.
- Sometimes if a player places a rusted iron block and a cannon turret so that the middle is just beside the block, if the player gets in the canon it can start going crazy, eventually launching the cannon parts extremely high and causing the player's avatar bug.
- If 5 blocks are placed in a plus configuration, and an upward-facing hinge is placed on the middle block and the player stands on top of the hinge, then places 1 to 3 glue blocks on top of the hinge (clipping with their avatar) and launches, they can fly at high speed anywhere very quickly. Gold Blocks, Ice Blocks , and Glass blocks are typically recommended for this glitch.
- Players can speed glitch with a seat and a spring with blocks lighter than Titanium Block. Wood is the best for this glitch.
- Using a wheel facing up, with a few blocks on top, a servo and a pilot seat (seen here), the player can bug by moving at insane speeds. If the player holds down the left or right keys for a long time in the pilot seat, the servo will begin to turn towards the ground. While turning may look sluggish, the player is actually spinning pretty fast. Eventually, the servo will bug out and detach, launching the player so fast that they disappear. (Images: One; Two; Three)
- On White Team, having an extended Piston with a Jet Turbine placed on its front, with both facing the Terrains (then activating the turbine, sitting on a chair placed on it) allows for a speed glitch to be performed that hyperextends the piston head into the terrains. The speed of which the glitch performs quickly reduces once the player reaches the Black Walls.
- If a player sits on a Metal Seat, places a cake on their torso, adds any block on top of their cake, extend it, then delete the seat, walk backwards then jump, it can create a small speed boost. This can be sped up if a player eats Pink Candy or Purple Candy.
- A player can perform a Speed and Hover glitch with a Soccer Ball if they sit on a wooden seat, add a lever to their torso, then a magnet on their head, then stand on a Soccer Ball, the ball will fly the player in a random direction
- A player can perform a speed and fly glitch by placing a seat halfway on their head(in the front) and placing a piston behind it, then equipping any jetpack(s)
- Stack up blocks and place a piston in front of it. Then place a pilot seat and a turbine inside of it. Sit down and activate the piston along with the turbine then jump off with the piston extended. It will go so fast that it clips through black walls and gives the player only 4 gold.
- A player can perform a speed and hover glitch with a hinge block. First the player will have to sit on a wooden seat and place a glue block on the seat halfway out, then they have to place the hinge block towards the torso on the glue block, and then delete the seat. Eating pink candy will make the glitch move faster. The player would have to jump to move fast but if the player goes upside down, they're unable to stand up again.
- Putting a Wood Rod, adding 5 Hinges in a plus configuration, standing in the middle, then putting two glue blocks would allow the player to fly fast.
- Placing a glue block while sitting on a wooden chair and add a hinge block on the glue and removing the seat will make the player fly. (This only works when the hinge is unanchored) Eat a speed candy to increase the speed.
- Placing a wooden chair then placing 3 glue blocks directly on top of it, then placing a thruster on the front side, and having wings jetpacks will create a speed glitch and turn on the thruster and spam click space bar to go at insane speeds.
- By placing 2 attached jet turbines in opposite directions and activating both of the turbines will result in a speed glitch that causes the thing to go 2x as fast
Building Space Glitches
- If Isolation Mode is enabled and all the players on the respective team leaves, the next player to join that team will have block collisions disabled (even with the setting off), as if isolation mode is enabled.
- If a boat is built in green merge level, the entire block may be destroyed when one block gets destroyed. Sometimes the block moves to a different position from where it was built when one block is destroyed.
- When placing turbines, there is a chance where the inventory shows that all turbines are placed when there is one turbine left.
- When the player is in share mode: If the person that the player is sharing with leaves, the player can keep their inventory for a while.
- If another player shoots off both of another players legs with the Snowball Launcher, then shoots directly in the bottom center of the Humanoid Root Part, the target player's avatar will fall down but the Root Part will still be controllable, thus making it look like the player is invisible.
- Using the Scaling Tool when the boat is sailing will break the boat.
- When building using the scaling tool, there is a chance that the block will become loose and fall out. This is more likely to occur when a block is only connected to the block being scaled and unanchored.
- The player can make an 'Owner-Only' Door using the Scaling Tool. Since the Scaling Tool only registers changes once the player releases a block, the player can drag a block and walk through it while other players can not. A visual representation can be found here.
- The player can actually place multiple blocks into the same position. If the player places too many blocks into one place, it will cause the game engine to lag due to a large number of entities being rendered interacting with each other. Launching it will cause a severe lag spike and can even cause the FPS to drop or ping to rise.
- There is a glitch block that forms when using the scaling tool. Attempting to delete the block will delete random blocks instead of itself. (citation needed)
- If a saved boat is loaded, thrusters that have been attached to trapdoors will not loosen if the trapdoor no longer makes contact with the thruster, which results in a floating thruster attached to the boat.
- On console and mobile games, the player may not be able to use the building space tools if they die. This is also the case for the console when the player dies in a car seat in most circumstances (player has to die while holding RT), of which any attempts to place a block will just move them forward as if they were walking.
- When loading a boat, blocks that create separate objects (wheels, servos, springs, and pistons) will not connect to blocks placed on them, more often when anchor block is off. This is more likely to happen the more blocks that are placed.
- The weight distribution of a block changes if it is rotated, even if the block functions identically regardless of rotation (e.g. wood block)
- When attempting to place an unanchored block on a Lever, the block will often not connect and fall off
- If the player places a 3 block tall tower, a spring and a jet turbine to the spring, the player can place anything in front of the turbine. Spam click the turbine and place a block underneath the blocks attached to the turbine. Delete the turbine tower and spring. The blocks in front of the turbine before becoming a conveyor. Details can be found here
- If the player deletes the Electric Egg while it is still traveling, the lines produced by the egg will stay.
- Occasionally, placing unanchored blocks on the bottom part of a block will result in the placed block falling instead of attaching.
- Placing multiple springs on top of each other occasionally results in one spring being unable to become attached to any new springs placed on top of it.
- Placing any two-piece block (servo, spring, wheel, etc.) on its 'secondary block' face will only result in the 'primary block' placing on any surface and the secondary block clipping through whatever surface it is facing, given it was placed on that surface.
- Loading a boat with two-piece blocks when no player is present to render the boat loading will generally result in unanchored boat parts falling off of the 'secondary block' of car part blocks. A similar result will occur where the boat will not load at all.
- Players may not be able to tell which egg of the Teacup Egg is correct due to client-side lag not rendering the movement of the teacups.
- Blocks that were not bound to each other in a boat but clipping into one another often become bound together after saving and loading the boat.
- Even though springs act as lengthened blocks, they have a tiny axis of motion outside their springy motion, which means multiple springs stacked can bend even though there should be none.
- When a player leaves the game or team on a team of three or more with one launch vote left needed to launch the boat may launch the boat, even if no other player votes from the point on.
- Harpooning a block bound to a spring, then pulling the harpoon will cause the spring to bug out, with its motion constraint moving far beyond what it is intended to, this is the same for wheels and servos.
- Magnets can be toggled on via painted buttons if they are colored identically, but will not toggle off. This is because the color of the magnet changes back to its original color.
- Placing any complex part (e.g. car parts) bound to the team plot then placing and activating a jet turbine on it will cause the part to glitch out and leave its bound motion, such as a servo, spring or wheel.
- The Scaling Tool counts all blocks in the game that the player owns, this includes ones that are in the terrains and ones that are not on the plot. This means that when the player has launched a boat with materials, the scaling tool will count those as used blocks even though it is not on the player's plot, making it possible to display negative numbers.
- Springs can get stuck and have one of the springs go behind the other spring block, locking up blocks around it and losing its springy motion.
- The player can scale down any block to the size of a balloon. In order to do this, click any balloon with the scaling tool, click any block, then scale it side to side or up and down.
- The player can have negative blocks if their ping is extremely high, or if they use a duplication glitch to exceed the amount of blocks available in their inventory
- Placing a Balloon Block on a glue block and activating both the glue block and the balloon, then repeatedly anchoring and unanchoring the balloon with the property tool causes the the string of the balloon will stretch. The more times this process is repeated, the more the string will stretch.
Lag Inducing Glitches
- Placing a bunch of boxing gloves close to each other and having them launch the player all at the same time (via lever or button) will create a lag bomb.
- Setting merge block to red and creating large builds (3k blocks - 20k blocks) will render and treat each block individually, causing the boat to be abnormally slower than a large boat with merge block, and lags all other boats and players in the vicinity as well as the server. This is because of every block being counted as a block there will be many parts causing lag.
- When touching the Electric Egg, the path can get 'stuck' in the player's boat between two blocks and will create a tiny path infinitely until the boat is moved. This creates massive lag.
- If the player places a lot of blocks made of many parts, such as chest blocks or Steering Wheels in one place, then unanchors them by launching, deleting the block under the chests, or with the Property Tool, it will create a large amount of lag.
Ping Induced Glitches
- The more people that are sitting in the boat, the slower the boat might travel.
- This is due to how the ROBLOX game engine handles client-to-server interactions and sync, and this will most likely not be fixed.
- If the player is not sitting while a boat is moving, many strange things can happen to the player or the boat itself. For example: other players can see the player floating outside the boat and can even make the boat travel slow.
- Blocks or boats traveling at high speeds towards a player may go through the player instead of knocking back the player. This is because of how player physics are handled more on the client-side than the server.
- The player may accidentally place two of the same block in one space inside the building space if their ping is high enough.
- Large blocks in boats that are not bound to the boat may clip through the boat or inside of it; this is induced by ping and often ruins designs requiring more than one moving piece.
- Depending on how the ROBLOX server handles block interaction, and how much lag the boat has, blocks will often clip through each other when moving if they are not bound to each other in any way.
Player-Seat Glitches
- The player can fly up and down just by putting a ladder in front of itself, climbing it, then putting a Wooden Step in the head.
- A similar glitch can be performed by wearing a jetpack, placing an unanchored magnet on the back of the jetpack, and placing an unanchored truss in front of the player. The magnet will constantly attract the ladder, and the player can climb to infinite heights using the truss. However, if the truss falls out of the magnet's range, the player will plummet to the ground.
- If the player sits down in a Wooden Seat and places a Cake in their waist, and places a Hinge with the yellow part inside the front of the cake, the player can create a fly glitch. The player can use W and S to go up/down, and space to fly backwards. Unlike similar glitches, there is no weight limit on this glitch, allowing the player to fly anything using this glitch.
- If a player is sitting in a seat and has a jetpack equipped that is touching any block, the game will think the player is attached to those blocks, and blows him/her up.
- Players can control a Jet Turbine without a Pilot Seat by building a 2-block pillar, standing next to it, placing a chair inside their head, placing the jet on the chair, and removing the pillar.
- The player can "turn itself into a block" by placing a cake on the waist while sitting down, shrinking, and placing the block inside of the player while standing on a block of wood. For better details, click here.
- Sometimes when the player falls into the void, the player teleports back into the water beside the bases.
- An alternative to the steering glitch is sitting on the side of a 3 block tower as if the player were to perform the shortening glitch. Place a firework so that one of its corners goes through the back of the player's chest, deletes the tower and hop off the chair. The firework is now attached to the player's back and it can connect the stick to whatever the player would like to control. With shift lock on, the player can hold A or D to go at high speeds.
- A similar glitch can be performed by putting a chair in the player, (another glitch shows this) then adding whatever the player wants to the back. But no high speeds though.
- Placing upside-down wooden seats can trap a player. It can make them unable to stand up for about 5 seconds. If placed on top of the player's head, it will cause the player to be unable to move.
- Placing these traps all around a player will make them unable to jump onto clear ground and can irritate the trapped player.
- If blocks are placed around the chair with collisions on, the player will be unable to flip right-side up, and the blocks will
- Sometimes the player can not reset when the head is in a seat.
- There are ways to shrink down the player. Sit down on a wood seat and put a block in the head - 2 blocks tall. Then jump into the river and back out - 1.5 blocks tall. Sit in a sideways seat and place a wooden table at the feet - 1 block tall. This can be used to make security entrances in boats. (This was added to fix a speed glitch in quite an unusual and fun way.) Also, the player can eat the Blue Candy before all of these steps to be at least 0.5 blocks tall.
- Another way is to build an extremely tall ladder with trusses and to climb to the top of it. After that, jump down and once the player reaches the ground, it will become short. The higher the jump, the shorter the player will become.
- Another way is to let the player sit on a wooden seat, then go in first person to place a Throne in the middle of the basic seat. Delete the wooden seat and then the throne. The player will shrink as a result of this.
- The player can place TNT inside of themselves and get stuck inside of it until it gets deleted. When the player is small, the player can place anything inside of themselves.
- Sometimes, if the player has yellow, blue, and purple candy all eaten and the player jumps whilst walking against the wall, it will sometimes get stuck inside it. This can be fixed by resetting.
- Using life preserver (or any seat), the player can drive to the ship. This is now kind of patched as trying to do so will result in the player being squished down and the seat detaching, but it can be bypassed.
- Using the driving glitch, the boat will be tilted. Adding thrusters can make it fly towards the end. However, the player will die and not receive any gold from touching the treasure. If they touched the floor or air in a terrain, they will receive some gold
- Trying to use this glitch while doing a quest will result in the player being squished down and the seat detaching. Warning, this glitch was patched.
- If a player uses the helicopter glitch on a tall craft (often above 100 blocks in height) and steers it into a solid object such as a wall, the contraption will be bounced back, often remaining airborne for a few seconds before landing again.
- Using any sort of steering bug may cause an explosion upon crossing an intermission stage. The explosion can damage other boats even if PVP is not enabled.
- If the player uses the lever glitch on a chair and not jump, the player can place way more chairs on top of each other while it is in them. If the player covers itself then eat a blue candy, the player will be very stretched out. Visually, the body is ripped apart. If the player removes the chair in the head, it goes back to normal.
- If a player uses the cake glitch (see above), and adds car wheels to the sides and adds a car seat on top, the player can climb up any wall with a partner sitting in the driver chair. While the player launches, they can move around. If they go up to a wall, the partner can drive the wheels forward and climb up walls.
- If a player places a seat then places glue blocks in their torso, they can attach blocks to themselves.
- Using the glitch above allows a magnet glitch to be made. To do this, the player can place a magnet under the glue block and use the camera to add more within the magnet. After that the player can add a gold or metal block underneath and jump. Then, the player must put a lever in their arms to activate the magnets. (keep the lever) Can have massive feedback if the user adds multiple and collides with another magnet. Through massive feedback the player can glitch through isolation barriers.
- If the player place one glue block, gets on it, and places two more glue blocks, their height shrinks but their width stays the same, thus making them look squished.
- If the player uses a flying machine, occasionally when the flying machine goes to the kill height, it teleports to a random team's spawn.
- When a player that is attached to very large and heavy boat due to use of butter jump, the player and the boat they're attached to will go up into the sky and they'll be unable to jump until they leave their boat.
- If a boat gets in another player's plot and that player turns on isolation mode, the boat will clip downward beneath the ground.
Clipping Glitches
- If two large ships collide, there is a chance of them clipping into each other and becoming stuck, glitching around and eventually flinging each other.
- By eating a Blue Candy (a.k.a. tiny candy) and using the Hand Cannon, a player can teleport. When the player selects the cannon in their inventory, they will teleport to where they last held it, and can then walk to where they they want to teleport. the default teleport area is above the build area of the team they joined on when logging into the server. This glitch is useful for PVP.
- If the player uses a Jet Turbine and a Pilot Seat, the player can (given enough patience) phase through any solid wall, including the walls of isolation mode.
- If a player attaches enough thrusters onto a build and activates all of them at the same time, it is possible to break through the isolation wall. However, most of the time, the build will get stuck halfway between the water and the team plot. Ultra thrusters are best used for this glitch.
- Pistons can also be used by extending them into the wall.
- If the player pulls on something in all directions with a lot of harpoons, then it might go through the ground, really high into the air or under the map while in the boat.
- Harpoon the inside of a base with Isolation Mode. Then pull the boat with the harpoon. This will result in the player being glitched into the base.
- Player's boats can get glitched into the water from the Wave obstacle.
- On a new server, the player can travel to an unloaded terrain. As long as the player or one of its blocks are inside the unloaded terrain, the terrain will not load.
- There is a chance that blocks with green merge will phase through the obstacles and not take damage.
- Flat, large boats that emulate large platforms generally clip into the ground, this is also caused by any foil blocks that are present on the boat, performing this glitch enough times can obstruct other players from passing terrains entirely.
- A glitch regarding over-stretching servos via jet turbines and their constant force allows the player to go through blocks and 'fly' in the pilot seat. An example (but non-console friendly version) can be found here. This glitch can clip through blocks if another thruster is placed on the pilot seat platform instead of using a banner.
- Players can clip their boats into other teams' boats by toggling isolation mode on, making their boats not interact with others, and then have their boat intersect another, then toggle isolation mode off, causing the boats to attach to each other.
- If the player sits in a seat and puts a truss (facing upwards) on the seat, and then moves 2 planks inside both ends of the truss, hold W while looking at any wall and then jump out of the seat, the player can get through any solid wall. Occasionally the player will get stuck between the seat and the wall. If this happens, just hold W and spam the Space bar. (It's a complicated glitch so here's a video showing how to do it.)
- There is a glitch when the hammers from the cinema stage will hit a boat that is in the air the boat will glitch through the wall.
Miscellaneous Glitches
- A glitch exists where if a player sits in a chair and views a camera and then resets, the player's view will be stuck in the chair they were sitting in. This can be fixed by resetting once again.
- By placing a block, then a seat, then sitting and placing a glue in the seat, the player sitting in the seat becomes a "block". If the player stays and places a block below, they become smaller when the glue is clicked, or the glue may become translucent.
- By placing Glue blocks on themselves, a player can immobilize or separate different parts of their body creating interesting outcomes.
- This can be amplified by using Red Candy or Blue Candy.
- When a player shooting an arrow is frozen, a gigantic blue ice cube is generated.
- Players can burn off their lower legs, causing the player to float above water and not take damage. Jumping on the water causes the player to lower into it, deterring this bug.
- If the player places a lot of Large Cannons in one space then delete the block the bottom of the cannons, they will glitch out causing the cannons to sometimes fling players.
- When a player wears a jetpack while sitting in a seat, and the jetpack is touching any blocks, the Segment Divider will think those blocks are being attached to the players avatar, resulting in the player exploding, as well as some of the blocks.
- When the player eats a blue candy and uses any jetpack, the player accelerates faster than before. This is because the player's weight is reduced, and the jetpack has less to pull. This can be further glitched by eating Pink candy, which gives the player a temporary jump-boost.
- A boat can be duplicated with these steps: 1: Save the boat. 2: Take it away from the build area render distance. 3: Load it again. 4: Bring the original back to the build area. 5: Save it again. Or the alternate way: 1. Load the boat. 2. Launch that. 3. Repeat.
- Sometimes, when a server is created, the terrains are loaded in the wrong positions (this happens in many ROBLOX games)
- Sometimes pistons can thrash around and can fling players.
- When placing blocks on green merge, some blocks will not merge together.
- The Cutlass is held backwards after performing a lunge attack.
- The piston can be used to create a speed glitch.
- Harpoon projectiles sometimes do not go where they are intended to go. This includes cannons. (first person mode)
- It is possible to glitch out the Treasure chest at the end such that it would not give any gold. The cause of this bug is unknown, and it is not known whether it is fixed or not.
- Sometimes, the ROBLOX engine will fail at properly giving the coordinates of a block embedded in the game map. and an example can be found here.
- Sometimes, saved binds from seats to car parts and/or jet turbines will not load from the save slots.
- The player can lose body parts if an obstacle touches it. If done to the legs but not to the lower chest, the player can "walk" over the terrains, and will occasionally avoid most to all water related damage.
- Boats too tall to launch without falling over can avoid such for extended periods of time by having moving blocks inside of it, given the moving block has little room to move inside the boat. This is due to the ROBLOX physics engine.
- If the player becomes a block using a glitch with the cake, the player can place a piston facing outwards on the cake. Pressing W will make the person fly, space to go backwards, and activating the piston to go down
- The water connecting from the spawn to the first river is not even, making a small gap in between the water. There can be small gaps at the sides too.
- Place a wooden chair and sit in it. Then place a cake inside the torso. Then place a balloon. Using the scaling tool, scale it to around 3*3 or 4*4. delete the chair, and activate the balloon. wait until it pops. The player will land through the ground. If the player falls for a longer time, they will go deeper. If at the right depth, the player can walk underneath the river, and have the speed effects that it gives. Eating pink or purple candy will increase this.
- If a player places a block at the back edge of the building space with part of the block outside of the building space and repeatedly scales the block with the scaling tool, the block will have different blocks and textures clip through it and will turn into multiple blocks in one. Blocks placed in the building space will also disappear.
- If a player stands on a pole and places an unanchored hinge with the yellow bit facing into the foot, the player will be able to fly if he/she jumps. The player can place unanchored bread on the hinge to go at incredible speeds, turning this into a speed glitch. Placing the unanchored bread is easier if the player is sitting in a floating seat. Note that the player is still able to fly with the bread attached to them. The amazing thing with this glitch is that even though the hinge is connected to the player, the yellow bit has Can Collide off. This means the player can use this glitch to farm gold when going through the terrains.
- If the player touches the treasure while pointing at something with the Building Tool, it can create a "ghost" of the selected block. See here.
- Occasionally, if the avatar hits an obstacle, the entire avatar disappears, but the player does not die. Jumping can make the player move at high speeds.
- If a player flies while the ceiling is as tall as the player, presses escape while holding the space bar and presses escape again, the jetpack will have particles still showing even when it doesn't make the player fly.
- If the player places an anchored block on the jetpack while this happens, resets, and places a pilot seat on it, the pilot seat will have lower gravity and rotate slower because of the jetpack.
- If holding a heavy boat/car, the Front Wheels will break, resulting in the wheels to not turn. This can also happen randomly, even if the boat isn't heavy. This makes the wheels somewhat unreliable when working with heavy cars, using the new wheels.
- If there is a block on the spawning area and the player clicks the launch boat button, the block will now be anchored and can no longer move by any means.
- If there is a hinge moving at high speeds in any direction it can detach from the block if many are lined up. and if anchored with Tools It can teleport players randomly along with any other block. No matter anchored or not the block will teleport to the same spot.
- If somebody moves the water with the Harpoon glitch then there is a chance that the water will appear in the same spot but any Harpoon that hits it again will immediately teleport the Harpoon latch to the spot the water is supposed to be in.
- Placing unanchored servos in chains, with the first servo in the chain bound to a wheel, and every servo connected to a magnet, then activating it will result in a physics engine glitch that causes the chain of servos to fly around, flinging players on the team in every direction.
- Sometimes placing a chair on a Hatch that isn't fully connected to the boat, and then opening it, then launching the boat, can cause a glitch. The player will either fall on their face and die or float slightly above the water. This is a rare slow fly glitch.
- Sometimes placing a Shield Generator on a boat causes the blocks that it's attached to to go up and down in unison with the shield generator animation.
- Depending on how buggy/laggy the server the player is playing on is, half or more of the stages won't show up on the stage bar. Alternatively, the bar might stay around when the player respawns.
- There is a glitch where the player makes a 'boat' that looks like a cup on a pole. When launched, it may flip upside-down and the player can be standing on water, though they won't die until part of the cup breaks.
- If a player places a spring, goes in the middle of the spring then places a glue block on the spring, that player can walk on the water.
- When a player creates a private server, there is a very low chance that the treasure chest lid will spawn in a random team.
- If a player uses the scale tool to make a block be somewhere only for them but not for anyone else, and fires a harpoon at it, the harpoon will go towards where the block is for other people. But if the harpoon itself is somewhere only for the player, the harpoon head will teleport to where it should be and then go to the target. This is because even though it seams like the block is somewhere, for the server the block is somewhere else so it either aims or shoots from there.
Quest/Event Glitches
- Sometimes when a player burns off their legs from the lava in The Target Quest or The Ramp Quest, they fall into the ground and are stuck in the falling animation. While this is happening, the player has almost no control and is stuck sliding across the ground at fast speeds.
- Bringing a portal into the Jack O' Lantern Boss Quest area then going through it using another portal in the building space will remove the client side darkness. Although, if the player does it the other way, the darkness will stay with them in the building space
- Anchoring a player's candy cane with a chair allows several glitches to take place including the ability to teleport, freeze and make custom swords. (citation needed)
- When doing The Box quest, even if the player is flying far away from the river, the game may give the player the reward for "completing" the quest.
- When doing the Blue Present Quest, a Frosted Gingerbread Man jumping on a player's head can glitch them under the ground, or possibly send them flying. This seems to happen more often when under the effects of blue candy.
- The Egg Boss occasionally has its 'laser hand' bug out, where the hand is either far in front or far behind the boss, meaning the player may not be able to seek cover or does not need to seek cover.
- The Egg Boss arena may be stuck on the boss fight when no players are in the arena. This glitch affects servers that have been online longer and disables any players on the server from fighting the boss on said server.
- The player can place a block on the electric egg shortly after it is activated, this will allow any unbound boats connected to fly in the direction of the electric egg, counted as a speed glitch.
Bugs
This is a placeholder until there are more bugs to put into categories.
- By traveling at extreme speeds in any direction(e.g. stacking thrusters), it is possible to fly so far out that it will make textures distorted. This also applies to the thruster's sound or even text boxes. (this texture glitch is universal to all ROBLOX games (and basically everything in any video games that involves float values))
- Performing this may require the player to reset their character to return to their team.
Quest/Event Bugs
- Players who attempt to start a quest with the clear block block notification appearing due to blocks in the plot will have the "end quest" button will appear even though the quest may not have began.
- The Egg Gun plays the shooting noise in all locations. This happens no matter how far from where it was shot instead of in a radius of where the player shot it.
- The Egg Boss can be hit with a purple firework when its health is 0, and will play the damage noise even though the battle has stopped.
Patched Bugs and Glitches
- The Wooden Trap Door, Wooden Helm, Locked Door, and the Golden Harpoon could not be destroyed by the sand at the treasure. (These has been patched)
- When loading in a boat, there was a chance that the thruster will only show its stripes while the rest became invisible. This was caused by a texture loading error.
- The player can beat the Dragon quest instantly by starting the quest, placing a cannon, and immediately shooting the statue before launching. (This bug has been patched and will no longer do damage to the dragon)
- If a player enters the Segment Divider Terrain with any blocks attached to him/her, the blocks around that player explode. This prevents people from using the control glitch, flying glitch, and many others for earning gold.
- The mage walking/running animation pack can be used to walk on the water with no modifications whatsoever. (This has since been patched)
- If the server crashes while touching the treasure, the player can get thousands of gold blocks and millions of gold. (This has since been patched as of 8/14/2018)
- For some console players, attempting to unanchor a block will not work, regardless of if they have it on or not. (This was fixed in the 2018 Christmas Update)
- Using various methods, it is possible to detach the large structures from their proper position like the Building Space and Terrains. (This has been patched)
- Cannon shots become suspended in midair after the player deletes the cannon they were shot from.
- If the player harpoons a soccer ball with 4 harpoons and then kick the ball, every non-anchored blocks that falls to the ground will bounce and even the player. This requires beating the Soccer Ball Quest to obtain the ball.
- If the player makes an L with 3 blocks up and 1 to the side, stands on the one that is down and put a seat on the character then jump, the player will be stuck. If the player launches the boat when stuck, it can move around and get to the end.
- Avatars randomly fall through the grass and water. (This has been patched by ROBLOX)
- If the player places down a thruster that is held in the air by an anchored glue block, place a harpoon on it, harpoon to it, and then click a button placed on the thruster, it instantly kills the server. (This glitch has been patched)
- Saved boats will often glitch out and have blocks slightly misplaced when loading between updates. (This has since been fixed)
- If the player has enough lag on their client and spams the purchase of an item in the shop when they have only enough to purchase one, the player may accidentally purchase two and end up having a negative gold value, which is displayed in red. (This has since been fixed, but may still occur on a much higher ping)
- Pressing Y on Xbox versions of BABFT causes the building tool to switch to random blocks instead of in order by listed. (This has been fixed)
- If the player scales a balloon, press it, and then scales it back, the balloon will not become smaller. This will look like a humongous balloon coming out of a tiny block. This glitch can be used in reverse, creating a tiny balloon from a huge block.
- Hatches and doors close backwards when saved and loaded in the open position
